Payment Policy
Order Shipping:
- Within Greece: Orders will be shipped via ACS courier service.
- Rest of the World: Orders will be shipped via UPS courier service.
- Deliveries generally take between 7–15 days to arrive
- The shipping cost is incuded in the price.
- Regarding delays in product arrival due to customs, please note that we cannot assume responsibility.
- Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and not the seller.
Payments:
- We do not offer installment options. Payments must be made in full.
Product Exchange:
- In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately, no later than the day of delivery. Exchanges due to damage will only be accepted if reported promptly.
Purchases:
- All purchases made on our e-shop are final, and there is no option for product returns except in cases of damage.
Return Policy:
- We kindly inform our customers that they are entitled to a 14-day return period should they wish to return a product for any reason.
- The product must be returned without any damage to be accepted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to inform us accordingly.
- Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.
In case of an error in the order from our side, we will refund you the full amount corresponding to the value of the order, including the shipping costs.
Methods of Payment:
- Credit/Debit Card: You can securely complete your transaction using your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely to ensure your privacy and security.
- Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us after placing your order. We will provide you with the necessary details to complete the transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
